Unfortunately we are unable to amend or cancel any orders once the payment has been processed.

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours for you to receive your order in 3-5 working days.

We will notify you once your order has been dispatched and provide the tracking number in the confirmation email.

Please email info@expeditionx.co.uk in the unlikely event that your order is missing. We will attempt to locate the parcel for you and report the order to the courier who can investigate further.

We allow returns for up to 14 days following the delivery of your item. Returns must be unworn with tags still attached and still in it's original condition.

Once your return is received we inspect the item(s) for quality assurance purposes to ensure they are still in their original condition.
Once the return has been approved a refund will be processed. Be advised that refunds can vary depending on the payment provider.
